The Magical Chickpea Salad

This is our personal favorite! Loaded with healthy fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals like zinc and calcium, chickpeas are a whole package. They reduce the ‘bad’ LDL cholesterol, control heart diseases, keep the blood sugar level balanced and support bones and teeth.



To whip up a magical chickpea salad, you will need:

  • Two cups of boiled chickpeas
  • One tomato, chopped
  • One onion, chopped
  • One potato, boiled and chopped
  • One cup of yogurt
  • One lemon, juiced
  • Salt & pepper


Simply put the chickpeas in the bowl and add all the other ingredients. Toss it around and it is ready to be eaten.
